Hello, my name is Francesca, my friends call me FRA. Like many other sewing and embroidery enthusiasts, I grew up surrounded by pins and needles and inherited my passion for sewing from my mom: a very talented seamstress who emigrated to Canada where I was born. I now live in Abruzzo, a beautiful region in central Italy with my husband and two young daughters.

Soon after the birth of my second child, I finally decided to get my first computerized embroidery machine. Little did I know that I would become totally hooked to digitizing!

Incanto Embroidery is a dream come true for me. I have been digitizing for about 5 years and use Embird Studio exclusively. All my designs are manually punched/digitizied as I feel this gives me the most control in deciding exactly how I want to transform an image into an embroidery design. The process is time consuming and at times "brain wracking" but I love it! I hope you appreciate the love and dedication that goes into each and every one of my designs.
